Diet Updates:

After recent research, you should not eat any red meat and keep your dairy intake very low.  Remember all that baby food in jars...FRUITS & VEGETABLES! 

What is Rob up to?
Rob just finished doing another movie, 'Things Fall Apart". He is continually working on 3 books, one for the advanced lifter, another for motivation, and the last book is based on true events, more of a scary story.  He is also in the process of developing an iPad/iPhone/iTouch App, so stay tuned for that. He is playing basketball for cardio!  He lifts weights 2-3 times a week and normally plays basketball 2 to 3 times a week.  Here is his current workout!  You can try it out if you have been lifting for awhile.
Current workout:   2-3 sets with a break between each set.  He always starts with a dynamic warmup.  So here is what he is doing, try this workout on your own, or if you are a beginner look below for an easier starter workout!

Dumbbell High Step
Set 1: 80lb x 10 reps each leg
Set 2: 90lb x 10 reps each leg
Set 3: 90lb x 10 reps each leg

High Hips-Ups
Set 1: BW X 18 reps each Leg
Set 2:  BW X 18 reps each Leg
Set 3:  BW X 18 reps each Leg

Dumbbell Squat Jump Press
Set 1:  90lbs  X 10 reps
Set 2:  90lbs  X 10 reps
Set 3:  90lbs  X 10 reps

Stability Ball Leg Curl
Set 1: BW X 18 reps
Set 2: BW X 18 reps
Set 3:  BW X 18 reps

Resistance Band Power Bench Press
Set 1: 135 lbs X 10 reps
Set 2: 195 lbs X 10 reps
Set 3: 245 lbs X 10 reps

Bent Over BarBell Power Row
Set 1: 135 lbs X 10 reps
Set 2: 150 lbs X 10 reps
Set 3: 185 lbs X 10 reps

Machine Tricep
Set 1: 140 lbs  X 10 reps
Set 2: 145 lbs X 10 reps
Set 3: 155 lbs X 10 reps

Seated Barbell Curls
Set 1: 75 lbs X 10 reps
Set 2: 85 lbs X 10 reps
Set 3: 95 lbs x 10 reps

Roman Chair Straight Leg Lift
X 18 reps
Sit-Ups X 18 reps
1-foot Mini Bosu Plank x 30 sec
Repeat the above 3 exercises, one right after another, 2 more times.
Stability Ball Reverse Hypers X 15 reps
Repeat

Exercise:
For your weight training you should start out easy, there is no need to kill yourself the first time you workout.  A Great Starter Workout would be as follows:  15 body weight squats, 15 hip-ups, 15 pushups (do on knees if needed), 15 rows with a resistance band attached to a machine or door, 20 crunches followed by a 30 second plank, and finish with 15 supermans!

With the help of this book you will have a better chance of living a healthier lifestyle.
